Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Middletown, RI had no drainage system at all, which was why he called our appointment center complaining about puddles of water just sitting in his basement. We had one of our inspectors observe the issue more closely, and informed the homeowner that a drainage system would help avoid these puddles building up. The less puddles there are, the less chances of mold growth, so a production crew installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system. This sub-floor drainage channel collects wall seepage and will move it towards the sump pump. 

This basement in East Walpole, MA had some major cracks that were allowing water to seep in, saturating the wall and making its way onto the floor. The homeowner didn't own a sump pump before calling us, but good thing she did because we installed our TripleSafe sump pump in one of the corners that had a low spot in the floor! This comes with 3 separate pumps, one of them being a battery backup, so this is the perfect option to keep this basement dry during heavy rains and a power outage.

A realtor in Mansfield, MA reached out to us looking for a reliable waterproofing system for an unfinished basement in a home they were selling. Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the basement floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the bulkhead stairway to collect surface water (show in "After" image), it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. That water is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the exterior of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
