One problem area was at the bottom of their stair well from the back door, usually gathering a puddle. The installation team installed a french drain system to solve this problem.

A customer in Somerset, MA was getting water in from the entrance of the bulkhead. This entrance had several openings that allowed water to seep right though. This caused some puddles to form around the doorway and it was bringing in moisture that can cause mold to grow or even damage to materials.
