Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Auburn, MA was distressed after seeing puddles of water at his garage door! He had specialized items in his garage that weren't meant to be sitting near puddles, so our production crew dug a trench where the grade door was collecting water and installed a TrenchDrain system. This will collect any surface water to help prevent puddles being formed!

Clearly, more drainage support was needed, that's why our inspector decided to have the production team put a TrenchDrain right at the garage doorway so that no puddles build up during rain storms!

To capture the surface water, our team installed a TrenchDrain at the bottom of the basement stairway. Now, water won't be able to build up around this area, leaving it dry and happy!

To lower the humidity, our team encapsulated the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier.
