Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This unfinished basement in Pembroke, MA was in need of some type of waterproofing measure. Because this unit sits in an area near rivers and wetlands, it's no surprise that the yard has a high water-table, and thus had lead to instances of flooding in their basement. They knew it was time to take matters into their own hands, and reached out to our inspector, Trevor, for a free estimate. Trevor had recently quoted other jobs in the area, so he was familiar with their situation and knew what the perfect solution would be for this basement! Our team installed a Super Sump Plus, WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems, as well as IceGuard outlets and a LawnScape well to allow for proper discharge drainage on the exterior of the home.

A wall with a leak is no friend of ours, especially not this one in Scituate, MA! When we were contacted to help this customer finally fix her wall crack, we assured her we were perfect for the job. The process of fixing this wall crack included surfacing the crack and using our FlexiSpan to seal the crack with numerous layers of sealant that would fill the crack and cover for double protection. Then a layer of CleanSpace was added as a barrier so if any moisture somehow made its way through, the vapor barrier would protect the inside of the basement and help the FlexiSpan with directing it to the Waterguard system below.
