Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed our WaterGuard IOS (iron ochre system) because it comes with inspection ports that will cleanout the drainage system, since iron ochre tends to clog these up. Now, his basement won't get clogged up by iron ochre, giving this homeowner a peace of mind.

For this crack we used our FlexiSpan system where the crack is filled with a polyurethane polymer and then a second layer of drainage that would lead any leakage to a drywell or in some cases, WaterGuard system.
