This unfinished basement from Sterling, MA had no drainage at all, resulting in inches of water on the foundation floor! Rather than just a puddle the basement was a pool! To avoid this from happening again, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to make sure that every drop of water gets collected and channeled away. Having a proper drainage system will help prevent any water building up in the basement, ensuring it stays safe and dry!
This basement in Sterling, MA was in very poor condition during the summer months. Water and moisture would constantly seep through the walls leaving this basement wet and humid. To keep the area safe and dry, our team installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system to intercept any water before it reaches the floor. To discharge the water out of this basement, we integrated our WaterGuard with our TripleSafe sump pump system that contains 3 high-powered pumps.
Our crew was called out by a homeowner who had a hairline crack in their foundation. The house was built in 2016 and the builders put something on this crack to try and seal it but it did not work. The homeowners were refered to DryZone Basement Systems by another previous customer who knew we would get the job done properly. Our Technicion went out and knew FlexiSpan would fix this homeowners problem.
Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
A homeowner in Millbury, MA contacted us to replace his old sump pump. His existing pump was already there before he bought the house, so it was getting outdated. There was pooling water which was a clear sign that the sump pump wasn't up to standards. The replacement we gave him was our SuperSump plus system. Now, his days with a terrible sump pump are officially over!
Patrick Cahill, our system design specialist proposed a full waterproofing system to keep this customer's basement dry. The customer in Westerly also used us to waterproof his second property nearby.
