And the cherry on top... our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier system will help regulate and maintain relative humidity (or RH) in the basement, only kicking on when it reaches over 65% RH so it won't constantly be running and needing to be emptied. This Zoeller M53 pump is in an area of Cape Cod where there is a lot of iron in the ground water. It causes the sump which is under ground level to turn a different color. Nick removes the pump from the liner and cleans it thoroughly.
