Our crew headed out to Florence to install CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and TrenchDrain to prevent moisture from getting into the basement.

This homeowner in Florence, MA gave us a call because their basement was taking on water through the walls and floor. Our foreman Carlos, and his crew installed our waterproofing products with care, which included the CleanSpace wall system, WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and IceGuard discharge line system. As seen in the images, the CleanSpace wall system fits snug against the wall and channels water into the drainage system. The homeowner is so relieved now that our products are protecting their basement from water.

This customer contacted us with concerns about water seepage in his basement. He said it happens every spring, but this year it had gotten significantly worse and needed to be remedied. We installed a SuperSump pump, WaterGuard, IceGuard and LawnScape to ensure that any water entering be properly directed out and away from the home.
