This basement in East Walpole, MA had some major cracks that were allowing water to seep in, saturating the wall and making its way onto the floor. With plans in the near future to sell, the cracks had to be sealed with something reliable and long-lasting. That’s where our FlexiSpan system comes in, the numerous layers create a strong but flexible wall to keep moisture out but also move with the foundation.

A customer in East Walpole, MA wanted to seal a basement wall crack he spotted that was coming from the corner of the window. Unfortunately, this intrusion point was leaking in water, so our production foreman installed our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to seal it up. No water will be able to pass through due to the multiple layers of flexible polyurethane and permeable membrane that were applied to the crack. 

A customer in Sharon, MA was ready to just throw out his sump pump because it hasn't been working recently. It wouldn't turn on during rainstorms, or when the snow began to melt into the ground. This was an alarming situation for the customer because he didn't want to risk any floods, so we helped erase those concerns by installing our TripleSafe sump pump as a replacement! More powerful, more reliable and we are able to keep it clean and functioning with maintenances checks. 

Numerous patching attempts on this wall crack in the basement had worn out and water was still finding its way onto the floor. Our warrantied FlexiSpan crack repair system uses a polyurethane sealant to fill the crack and apply a drainage layer on top in case a leak does occur. In this case, CleanSpace was also added on top to double seal and moisture out.
