The customer in Somersert, Massachusetts was looking for a permanent solution for their home. After hearing about DryZone Basement Systems through a friend they had a system design specialist out to their property to come up with a solution to keep their basement dry for years to come. One problem area was at the bottom of their stair well from the back door, usually gathering a puddle. The installation team installed a french drain system to solve this problem.
A customer in Somerset, MA was getting water in from the entrance of the bulkhead. This entrance had several openings that allowed water to seep right though. This caused some puddles to form around the doorway and it was bringing in moisture that can cause mold to grow or even damage to materials. We provided a quick and effective solution, the TrenchDrain! This elongated drainage system will remove excess surface water from an area and is covered with a grate. Now, the customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles!
This customer in Somerset, MA was having issues with surface water building up where the bulkhead entrance was. The quickest yet most effective solution for this particular issue was to install a TrenchDrain to collect the water seeping through. Having a drainage system is good for basements because it won't allow water to form puddles, which can carry moisture over into the space.
A homeowner in Somerset, MA gave us a call because their unfinished basement was taking on water through the stone walls and dirt floor. The furnace of the home is located in the basement so its very important that the space stays dry. Our inspector, James, drew up a plan that would protect the space from water and keep it clean. On installation day, Foreman Tomas and his crew got to work! Since this basement had a dirt floor, they used our CleanSpace encapsulation system on the floor to keep it clean and dry. Along the stone walls of the basement, the crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System to act as a vapor barrier for the water trying to permeate the walls. In the lowest point of the basement, the crew installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends all of the water out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system which prevents flooding due to a clogged or frozen discharge line. The homeowner now has peace of mind knowing their basement is protected from water.
A homeowner from Tiverton, RI called us looking for a drainage system to connect to his sump pump. He has a decent waterproofing system, but felt like our WaterGuard would complete the basement. Our production crew jackhammered the inside perimeter, placed the WaterGuard in then covered it with concrete.
