For this basement, we made sure no water reaches this floor by installing a perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and integrated it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Our WaterGuard is designed to collect any water seepage coming through the walls and direct it to the sump pump system. Our 3-pump TripleSafe consists of a primary, secondary and battery backup pump to provide an abundance of pumping power and the reliability that this system will still operate during power outages. 

This basement in Plainville, MA was dealing with a wall crack that was letting water seep in and accumulate on the floor and the homeowner had enough. When installing the system, our crew preps the crack and fills it with a polyurethane sealant and covers it was a channel that seals and escorts water if any were to get through. That channel takes the water to the drainage system, or in this case a drywell and its left with a clean finish.
