My experience with the call representative was a 5 star! Everything she told me was true- service rep called and told me when he'd arrive. She was helpful when I called to pay too. Then, the service person was very knowledgeable, patient, very helpful in guiding me through what was going on with the dehumidifier and other issues we have. He told me to use the dehumidifier to best get results, was realistic in its functionality, did what was needed, and told me what would be needed in the future. He was thoughtful in how he came in and out of the house. He was friendly with me, patient in using the phone and explaining to my husband what was going on and necessary. After this experience I would definitely recommend DryZone Basement Systems to my friends and family. I am also interested in one of their sump pumps!
