I chose DryZone Basement Systems because I was impressed with their philosophy of not trying to sell me something i don't need. I started with a sump pump and when i thought it was malfunctioning i was able to speak to the owner that night and Dave G. came to my house within 1/2 hour. I know that they'll be responsive when I need them. I wasn't charged for the service call. After I had the French drains put in 3 days later I got some water. Dave called me and assured me that he would fix the problem, which he did-again at no cost. I am very pleased so far with the system and more importantly, by the great customer service.

Overall was an excellent experience and if I know of anyone looking for this type of service, I will fully recommend DryZone Basement Systems!

I found the installation crew very courteous and professional and had a very good experience with the office staff. I found the presentation to be excellent and having the Dry Basement Science book before was a help. The top reason I hired them was the value for the money; which offered a quality and affordable solution as well as the trust for the product and the belief in the warranty and workmanship. 

I thought the serviceman was a great guy. He explained everything he did every step of the way. It was the first time I ever met him. He was very sure to make sure he cleaned up the area he worked in. Hopefully he'll stick around and he'll be back next year.
