Just a quick thank you note – you installed a system for me a few months back and I am very pleased to say that I have a dry basement – I was going to wait until the end of the season to thank you but I have been so happy with the outcome I that I wanted to let you know.  I wished I had done it years ago – I insist my guests come down to the basement and see the system (I have accommodating friends)

My experience with them was excellent! Craig did my initial inspection. Craig did not try to sell me more than I needed for the job. I felt very comfortable with our meeting. The installation crew that complete my job was very neat workers and polite!
