No hard sell. Pat Cahill listened to what I wanted / needed, and from there mentioned some of your other product, and we moved forward from there. Your competition had me watch a power point presentation on a humidification process. I didn't need or want the machine.

Jay was pleasant, he took the time to explain in detail what we were getting and how it actually works. Representative on the phone was clear and all the information I needed before and after was given to me.  I was very pleased with Kyle, he gave us several options as to where we wanted the water to drain. One place that we were looking at, I could tell he was not comfortable using that as drainage for the water. He could have easily said ok and left it at that but he went into why he didn't think that was the best place. That I'm very thankful for.

Pat Cahill did not pressure me to purchase a system beyond what i needed to solve the problem as other sales reps from other companies had done. Ryan, who did our installation, answered all my questions, was fast and efficient. Mentioned the maintenance contract, which was a good sell. Outlined all the components of the contract and sold me.

We had many people come in and give us quotes on how to fix our basement problem. Dry Zone came in on time and were extremely professional taping off the finished areas of the house so that there was no mess from dust. Before they left, they explained completely how everything worked and what to do if for any reason the alarm on the pump went off. Then after the crew left, the original person who came to the house and gave the quote came by later in the day to inspect the work and make sure that we had no questions. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone was professional, efficient and conscientoius. They were exceptional. They did extra cement at my water meter. I would refer them to anyone. My neighbors were impressed.

I don't know how big the company is but they come across as the home town problem solver of mold and dampness. I was on the computer one night trying to figure out what to do with my basement floor. Came across your ad and filled out form. Next day girl called and before I knew it Todd was coming over to give me a price.Todd is the owner and also did the install with one of his men. Great job.  Such a happy professional group. Nice clean up. My special needs daughter was coming home from an extended stay so they made sure all her furniture was back in the room. 

Jonathan Costa and his team did a good job in our basement waterproofing. They are very hard-working, very polite young people completed the entire job in a day and a half. I would give a good recommendation to anyone who needs this type of work. So far I am very please, just waiting for a very hard raining day and hopefully won't see a drop of water in my basement.
