Dry Zone Basement Systems have been wonderful! They came and gave me 3 options for waterproofing my basement. They spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons and prices. When I chose (after 3 different bids from competing companies) they set up an appointment, arrived on time, did the work and clean up in the time they said it would take. The system works beautifully. Once when I couldn't get the alarm to go off (turned out it was my fault for pushing water from a broken water heater into the top of the tank), they explained it patiently on the phone and told me how to fix it. They have been wonderful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I knew the type of system that I wanted and Todd made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Also liked the lifetime warranty. Everything went smoothly and everyone was easy going, knowledgeable and professional.

I love the fact I have a dry basement that I am able to use for storage now and also a dry yard with the new sump pump hook up. They came and worked hard in a small space mind you. Were very aware of any messes and were picked up every day.

Josh, Josh & Chris arrived at the time they said and got to work right away on a very cold morning, tackling what I felt was a very challenging task.  I provided them with an electrical outlet for their lights and a couple space heaters to warm up in front of occasionally when they needed to take a quick break from the fun of crawling around in the cold underground.  When Josh said they would probably be done around 3:00 PM I thought he meant for the day, but he said the whole installation would be done today and it was.  I'm sorry my having to reschedule so often put it on the coldest day of the season, but other than being chilled to the bone they sounded like they enjoy their work and work well together. Everyone I have dealt with at DryZone has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with, from your help getting everything set up and all the scheduling changes, to Steve's estimate and information and today's crew getting my crawl space project done and I thank you all for that.  Dealing with DryZone has been a bright spot in what has become a very long, drawn-out project of getting my addition and renovations done.  I'm glad I saw your TV commercial and made the call to your company.  Happy Holidays to all!! Yes, Steve came out to complete the inspection and everything went very well. My appointment was actually scheduled at the end of Feb and he contacted me and asked if I would like him to conduct the inspection a month early. I appreciated that he was thinking of me. He worked with my schedule the day of to arrive at a time that worked best for me.  I was happy that I received a quote later that night. I reached out a few times with questions and he always responded within the same day, most times within an hour.    I utilized DryZone Basement on my previous residence and I am planning on moving forward again on my current address.    Best, Erin

Thank you for your hard work installing our new perimeter system. The guys showed up on the scheduled day and installed the system in 1 day. You could tell how proficient and professional they were. They took the time to show us how the system operates and we greatly appreciate the job well done. We haven't experienced the system in use yet but feel very confident that we will not have to deal with basement flooding in the future.
