After the rain/flooding in Mar. 2010, I contacted DryZone Basement Systems. My experience with DryZone Basement Systems was positive from meeting a Sales Contact through completion of the work. And, Melissa who coordinated the work was extremely professional and helpful. In fact, everyone from the Salesman to the men who did the installation did their job in a very professional and courteous manner. Product Purchased and installed was their large SaniDry dehumidifier. The product and installation were expensive, but hopefully long-term the cost will be worth it. I definitely would recommend that anyone looking to solve basement water issues consider DryZone Basement Systems.

What a great company! The initial estimate was very informative, no pressure and was to the penny after installation. The installers, led by Shaun, were fantastic; courteous, friendly and neat, putting plastic over everything we had not already covered and really cleaning up after everything was finished. They were also very creative when having to get around our quirky old house's rocks sticking out of the foundation. Even knowing that it will never be a finished basement, they still wanted it to look good. And I'm sure they'll do an equally great job when they come back in the spring to bury the discharge pipe to the backyard (ground still frozen at this time). Both our Shopvac and ourselves can now rest easy after years of having to clean up after heavy rains!

I have had some horrifying experiences with water in my finished basement. Every time I call with a question the whole crew is nothing but pleasant, helpful and understanding. Just recently Todd came out to my home once again, he was very professional-understanding and reassuring me all is ok!I would highly recommend Dry Zone! Todd and his team all did such a great job. Can't think of one thing that Dry Zone Basement could have done better. Steve explained planned everything very thoroughly and couldn't have been more patient with all my questions. I had a truly positive experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. The representative was pleasant, patient and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the basement system. He was thorough in explaining to us what we needed and why. He was not at all pushy and trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He explained the process from beginning to end and at that point we were convinced that this was the right company for us. The office person was also extremely pleasant and was willing to help answer any questions we had after the initial visit. The appointment was made and when the guys came they got right to work and did they all worked together as a team. There was no standing around wondering what to do next. It was all planned out beforehand and the work was done in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I am confident I won't have to worry during the next torrential rain storm. The system is in place. Only time will tell.
