The pump and French drain system is excellent; we have not had a drop of water in the basement since the system was installed. Annual maintenance is efficient and quick.

Your competition had me watch a power point presentation on a humidification process. I didn't need or want the machine. The installtation crew was great! Jay was pleasant, he took the time to explain in detail what we were getting and how it actually works. Representative on the phone was clear and all the information I needed before and after was given to me.  I was very pleased with Kyle, he gave us several options as to where we wanted the water to drain. One place that we were looking at, I could tell he was not comfortable using that as drainage for the water. He could have easily said ok and left it at that but he went into why he didn't think that was the best place. That I'm very thankful for.
