Barrington, RI Crawl Space Repair

A homeowner in Barrington, RI gave us a call because their crawl space was in need of repair. Their home is located just a few feet from the water so it was important that the crawl space was safe from water damage and they also had some structural concerns that needed to be addressed. One of our inspectors, Connor, went to the home to provide a free estimate on a solution that would protect the crawl space from water as well as fix it's structural issues. Riley, one of our foremen, and his crew began with removing any and all debris from the space. Then they insulated it with our TerraBlock floor insulation and encapsulated it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. To fix the structural issues, the crew installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizers. SmartJacks are strong beams made of galvanized steel that can be adjusted over time. With the crawl space encapsulated and the structural integrity reinforced, the homeowner can now have peace of mind!
