Challenge

This family contacted us because of dust and dampness from the crawl space going upstairs in their second home. They had an old vapor barrier in parts of the crawl space but it was worn and deteriorated. After researching online, they decided to set up a free estimate with our System Design Specialist, Jay Hanrahan, to learn more about encapsulating the crawl space.

Solution

Together with the customer, Jay designed a complete CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System including Vent Covers, to seal the crawl space from outside air and install a SaniDry dehumidifier to control moisture and humidity. Foreman, Steve daSilva, and his crew installed the CleanSpace with a SmartDrain to alert the customer of any plumbing leaks in the future.
