Crawl Space Repair in Holliston, MA

Challenge

This homeowner in Holliston, MA reached out to us because they had some concerns with their crawl space such as temperature issues, water damage, and mold growth. Our inspector, David, went to the home to take a look at the space and drew up a solution to share with the homeowner. This crawl space covered a lot of area beneath the home, but was relatively low in height, only 3 feet tall. Luckily, our crew is filled with professionals that make navigating a crawl space of any size look easy!

Solution

On installation day, our foreman, Julius, and his crew got to work! First, they sprayed our Mold-X2 spray to clean any existing mold and prevent it going forward. Then they insulated the crawl space with our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate the temperature. They also installed our SmartSump sump pump to send all water out of the crawl space. With the SilverGlo and SmartSump in place, the crew was then able to fully encapsulate with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, they set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the crawl space low. Now the homeowner can rest easy when it comes to their crawl space!
