Crawl Space Waterproofing in Shutesbury, MA

A homeowner in Shutesbury, MA reached out to us because their crawl space was taking on a significant amount of water every time it rained and it was causing a mess beneath their home. One of our sales inspectors went out to Shutesbury to assess the crawl space and they drew up a solution for its water issues. Their plan included waterproofing the entire space as well as cleaning it up to keep it in great condition going forward. Solution
On installation day, our crew first cleaned up the crawl space and regraded the dirt floor for drainage. Then they set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier and installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the crawl space. The SaniDry XP conveniently drains itself into the TripleSafe which then sends all of the collected water out of the space. Too keep the crawl space clean and tidy going forward, our crew fully encapsulated it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind during the next rain storm because their crawlspace is properly waterproofed and encapsulated!
