Challenge
This homeowner in South Yarmouth, MA gave us a call with concerns about their home's foundation. They explained that the crawl space beneath their home was damp and dirty, and that the wooden support beams in the space were starting to rot because of the conditions. They could also see cracks on the main floor that were caused by the settlement. When our inspector, David, went out to the home to take a look, he drew up a well-rounded solution that would combat every issue the crawl space was causing.
Solution
On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew cleared out the crawl space and sprayed our Mold-X2 spray to clean any mold growth and prevent it going forward.
