This homeowner in Greene, RI gave us a call because they were looking to encapsulate their crawl space due to it being smelly and cold, which was starting to effect the living space of their home above. Our inspector, Steve, went out to the home to take a look and draw up a solution for the crawl space. On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew first removed all debris from the space and then laid down drainage matting. The crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and insulated the space with Spray Foam by sealing any cracks that lead to the open earth outside. Lastly, they installed our EverLast Door over the crawl space's entrance to completely close it off. Now the homeowner will no longer notice their crawl space effecting their home!
