We got a call from this homeowner in Dennis Port, MA looking for some help in a small dirt floor section of their basement. The space contained some of the homes utilities and they wanted to keep both the appliances and the space clear from any damages moisture buildup can cause. Since this was a dirt space on Cape Cod and a lot of the soil there is clay and/or sand, we knew the best option would be our StarPipe, perfect for collecting groundwater while keeping out dirt and debris!
