This Mashpee, MA home's crawl space was dark and dank, a common combination for a crawl space but not ideal. Our inspector crawled into the dark corners and devised a plan to transform this space from drab to fab! Encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and insulating with SilverGlo, were step one to creating a temperature controlled and drier space. Along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove moisture, this crawl will be a lot less damp and smelly. At the access, a EverLast Access Well was installed for easy access in and out, since most crawl spaces contain plumbing and HVAC systems for the home.
