The crawl space in this Dennis, MA house was flooding, putting a halt on the construction to upgrade the home. The team at DryZone were called out to help get this problem solved and the project back on track! Our inspector made a game plan to tackle the amount of water coming in while also preventing moisture, which is a known concern in crawl spaces. The crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump with StarPipe to collect groundwater, since there was a history of a lot, and that water collected will be removed. By encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace, we can prevent moisture from the earth from creating mold or rot issues in the space, which would compromise all the new structural support added. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is the cherry on top, absorbing humidity and moisture in the air, keeping this space dry and healthy! Now this project is back on schedule and this home got an additional upgrade!

Triple Power
The TripleSafe sump pump had three pumps to keep this space dry! A primary to extract the water and a secondary to give that primary help as needed. It also had a battery backup in case a storm knocks out the power, the pump will still run!
