Along a lake in Lakeville, MA, this house was dealing with some unwanted water in their crawl space since the ground around the home was constantly damp. The team worked to encapsulate the space to reduce moisture and water, protecting the structural integrity of the home above. CleanSpace and Drainage Matting were used to encapsulate, creating a thermal break and vapor barrier. A SuperSump Plus was added to collect and remove the water in this space, since there can be large amounts at time due to the proximity to the lake. In the end, the homeowners were left with a much drier crawl space that they can feel good about!

Drainage Abilities
Before the CleanSpace goes down, Drainage Matting is laid out to create a thermal break and allow any water below to flow to the sump and SmartPipes.
Removing Water
The SuperSump Plus will collect the water under the vapor barrier and collected by the StarPipe system and remove it from the crawl space.
