Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Humid Crawl Space in Newport, RI
Our team was called out to Newport, RI to assist with this humid crawl space. To reduce humidity and protect the home from rot and mold growth, the crew encapsulated and insulated the space. CleanSpace vapor barrier was added to seal the damp earth away from the structure of the home, and SilverGlo insulation was added to the wall, helping regulate the temperature of the space. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is the cherry on top, pulling the humidity from the air to leave behind a dry and healthy crawl space.

This crawl space had pipes and ducts but our team navigated it perfectly! CleanSpace is also flexible so it can fit around columns and corners.
Drainage Matting
Before the CleanSpace goes down, the team puts Drainage Matting on the ground to create a thermal break and so moisture doesn't get trapped.
