As promised, another crew member who was tall and thin came in a few days to reach a corner the other guys couldn't.

We have an old house (1926) and the main beam had some structural issues.  The SmartJacks were installed to help the main beam in 2 areas.   It was about 3-4 hour project and all went well.  The owner of the company came out for this job and took the time to explain what the jacks were doing and what to look for.  I would highly recommend for any basement issues, most of structural issues. Todd could not have been better. He thought of many things that I did not. The office staff was very good, very responsive to our requests. The installation crew is the best - knowledgeable and cooperative. I looked for three years, researching companies to do this work. This barn restoration was a major project and a bigger job then was first thought. Todd and his crew explained every detail along the way and did so in a way that I felt I was part of the crew. They explained why they changed their original plan..they went beyond was was needed to do. I now have a barn that will last another 107 years. The also recommended an excellent carpenter to repair roof, siding, etc. Thank you!
