Your willingness to work with us to address both the basement & crawlspace issues, the professional level of customer service and the quality of the materials used resulted with us selecting the DryZone Basement Systems for this project. The crew were excellent and Steve answered all of my questions patiently and kept me informed at all stages of the installation including explaining various recommendations for issues that became evident during the project implementation. They did everything that they said they were going to don with NO hidden surprises. Even though I had the first estimate a couple of years ago and was not able to do it at that time, there was no pressure to get the job done. This is why I went back to DryZone when the time came to do the job. The installation crew was Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Explained everything in great detail. I chose the company because of The no Pressure buy tactics. As I stated that I was not able to get the job done when I first got an estimate a couple of years prior but did come back to you when it was possible because there was no pressure involved. As promised, another crew member who was tall and thin came in a few days to reach a corner the other guys couldn't.

100% professional service and work from start to finish. No more smell from the damp crawl space, the floors are warmer. Our furnace runs less frequently and shuts off quicker. Jay was great. Explained every step of the process and the materials that would be used. Our crawl space is only 18" high, but he didn't hesitate to squeeze in to take 'before pictures' and to be sure the crew could reach every corner.
