This crawlspace in Westminster, MA looks much better after we applied CleanSpace vapor barrier onto the floor. The separates the home from the earth, which is essential for keeping any moisture out. 

This basement in Westminster, MA was leaking in water at an uncomfortable rate, leaking puddles on the floor. This was annoying the homeowner because his current sump pump was clearly not working to its best ability. So our team planned and installed a new TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump in case of power outages. In addition, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity down.
