This homeowner in Southbridge, MA gave us a call about their crawl space since it was very humid and had a bad odor from moisture buildup. Our inspector, Dave, went to the home to take a look at the crawl space and draw up a solution. On the installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew started to repair the crawl space by regrading the dirt floor to allow water to drain. They also encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our CleanSpace SmartDrain to send water out. Lastly, our crew set up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the crawl space to keep humidity low and it conveniently drains itself when needed. The homeowner is so relieved that they no longer have to worry about the conditions of their crawl space.
