This homeowner in Rutland, MA reached out because water was getting into their basement through the bulkhead stair area. One of our inspectors went out to the home and drew up a solution that would waterproof the basement, focusing on the bulkhead area. On installation day, our crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain on the inside of the bulkhead stairs. TrenchDrain catches the excess water that comes in through the bulkhead and it is connected to our WaterGuard drainage system which then sends the water into our SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus pumps all of the collected water out of the home through a discharge line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water getting into their basement!

This homeowner in Paxton, MA reached out to us because their crawl space was damp, showing signs of mold growth, and needed new insulation. Our inspector, Nick, went to the home to assess the crawl space and drew up a plan. On installation day, our crew, lead by Foreman Riley, first removed any debris and old insulation that was in the space and then they sprayed our Mold-X2 spray to clean and prevent mold growth going forward. Then they laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor of the crawl space to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. They insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation and TerraBlock floor insulation which regulate temperature more efficiently than fiberglass and they don't deteriorate over time. Then the crew was able to fully encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now the homeowner can have nothing but peace of mind when it comes to their crawl space!
