This basement in Westminster, MA was leaking in water at an uncomfortable rate, leaking puddles on the floor. This was annoying the homeowner because his current sump pump was clearly not working to its best ability. So our team planned and installed a new TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump in case of power outages. In addition, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. 

This homeowner in Rutland, MA reached out because water was getting into their basement through the bulkhead stair area. One of our inspectors went out to the home and drew up a solution that would waterproof the basement, focusing on the bulkhead area. On installation day, our crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain on the inside of the bulkhead stairs. TrenchDrain catches the excess water that comes in through the bulkhead and it is connected to our WaterGuard drainage system which then sends the water into our SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus pumps all of the collected water out of the home through a discharge line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water getting into their basement!
