Vapor Barrier Encapsulation Job In Leicester, MA

This homeowner in Leicester, MA was in need of a reliable vapor barrier solution because his crawl space was to a point where it was so humid, he stated to see mold growth on the wooden support beams holding the floor above. If mold were to continue to take over, it can weaken the floor support which can result in a collapse! Luckily, he called us so we were able to erase his humidity issue by encapsulating his crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This stops any outside moisture from trying to enter this area, which reduces the chances of mold growth and high humidity.

FlexiSpan Crack Repair System in Holden, MA

A homeowner in Holden contacted us, concerned with the water that was coming through a crack in their basement wall. One of our technicians went out to take a look and instantly knew that FlexiSpan would work perfectly for the job.

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
