DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Marstons Mills, MA called us looking for a solution to the issues they were experiencing regarding their crawl space. The space had a cinderblock foundation and fiberglass insulation along the ceiling but water was seeping in through the walls and the irregular temperature of the space was negatively affecting the rest of the home. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to take a look and drew up a solution that would combat each issue the crawl space had. On installation day, our foreman Riley and his crew got to work! First, they removed the fiberglass insulation and any other debris that was not needed in the space. Then they began the process of encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace system. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that protects the crawl space from being negatively affected by outside conditions. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. Now this crawl space is protected from water, has a regulated temperature, and the homeowner no longer has to worry about the space negatively impacting the rest of their home.

When this home in Osterville, MA was seeing puddles forming on their basement floors, they knew the severity of water damage and that it had to be stopped before it caused problems. After doing some research, they found DryZone and met with one of our inspectors to figure out exactly where the water was coming from and what could be done. We offered and installed a TripleSafe sump pump, tied into our Waterguard system along with the CleanSpace Wall barrier that would protect the basement from wall seepage and then tie into the Waterguard, to collect any moisture underneath. To finish it off, a SaniDry XP dehumidifier will collect the moisture from the air and drain right into the sump pump, so there is no need to drain it each day. Once the install was completed, the homeowners were so happy they had one less thing to worry about!
