There was a homeowner in Centerville, MA that was receiving a small amount of leakage through his foundation. He already had a sump but it was getting old and needed a way to collect some of the water creeping in. Once our inspector came to the basement, he knew what the crew needed to install, our WaterGuard interior drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump!  

A homeowner in Barnstable, MA reached out to us looking to keep her dirt crawlspace free from moisture. To solve that, our production crew placed out some drainage mats onto the floor and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now, there is a barrier separating the earth from the crawlspace ensuring no moisture is able to get through! 

A customer in Barnstable, MA was looking for a moisture barrier for his crawlspace. He didn't have any water issues, but the humidity felt very high down there. The best way to reduce the amount of humidity was to encapsulate the whole place with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will keep moisture from accumulating to avoid the possibility of a musty smell or even mold growth.
