Mike was FANTASTIC! He was so kind and friendly, and he explained everything thoroughly.
Our previous SaniDry XP had reached the end of its service life, so that was a bummer, but nothing lasts forever! We cannot complain because we did have the first one for a long time.
Mike had the new unit installed in our basement and running in less than one hour!
Everything was spotless when the project was completed. Seriously, Mike is an absolute GEM and you are lucky to have him on your service team. CHEERS!
