Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner gave us a call about their unfinished basement that was taking on a significant amount of water during heavy rainfalls despite having an existing system. Our inspector, Derek, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a well-rounded waterproofing solution. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew made Derek's plan a reality by installing a full perimeter waterproofing system. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind during the next storm!

A homeowner in Newport, RI reached out to us because their existing waterproofing system wasn't doing the trick and they needed a more reliable option. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home and drew up a well-rounded solution. On installation day, our foreman, Lucio, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. That water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends it out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner has a waterproofing system in their basement that they can count on!
