Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in East Walpole, MA had some major cracks that were allowing water to seep in, saturating the wall and making its way onto the floor. With plans in the near future to sell, the cracks had to be sealed with something reliable and long-lasting. That’s where our FlexiSpan system comes in, the numerous layers create a strong but flexible wall to keep moisture out but also move with the foundation.

A customer in East Walpole, MA wanted to seal a basement wall crack he spotted that was coming from the corner of the window. Unfortunately, this intrusion point was leaking in water, so our production foreman installed our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to seal it up. No water will be able to pass through due to the multiple layers of flexible polyurethane and permeable membrane that were applied to the crack. 

This basement in Mansfield, MA had recently flooded during the heavy rainstorm. The homeowner didn't own a sump pump before calling us, but good thing she did because we installed our TripleSafe sump pump in one of the corners that had a low spot in the floor! This comes with 3 separate pumps, one of them being a battery backup, so this is the perfect option to keep this basement dry during heavy rains and a power outage.

This basement in Mansfield, MA was going through a rough patch in it's life because water was continuously seeping through the floor. The one corner where water seemed to be the issue was near the bulkhead stairs, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump there to save the day! Now, this corner will stay dry since water will be pumped out. To ensure all the water in the corner was being channeled to the sump properly, we installed a TrenchDrain at the doorway entrance along with a WaterGuard drainage system to help. 

A homeowner from Portsmouth, RI called us saying that their old sump pump finally gave in and stopped working during a rainstorm. To help this customer, our production team took out the old sump and replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this basement with triple the protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup electrical pump!
