Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer from Warren, RI was dealing with water leaking through his basement floor whenever there was rain going down. Agitated, he called us for a basement waterproofing solution to make sure the floor remains dry. Our TrenchDrain and WaterGuard interior drainage system were combined to sit sub-floor in this basement to collect and channel water seepage to the sump pump! Our team helped out a customer in the town of Newtonville, Mass. There was high humidity in the basement and the air quality was not good. When it would rain there was some water that would stay on the floor after seeping through the cracks. With the help of Stephen Brennan, our system design specialist, they came up with a solution to keep the basement dry.

An inspector went to the basement to carefully assess the situation, as the root of the cause was identified, the inspector had a production crew install the TripleSafe sump pump system that includes three layers of defense against water infiltration. The primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup pump! 

This home in Middletown, RI had a floor to ceiling crack that was previously attempted to be sealed by in home appliances, but that didn't work. So we got called up to see what our services could provide, and basement wall cracks are no stranger to us! We used our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to cover and seal the crack. A flexible polyurethane was used to prevent additional water to seep in.

An inch of water was enough for the homeowner to realize he needed a waterproofing system to keep his basement bone-dry. Our inspector visited the home, and wrote a solution. The solution that occurred was one of our production team members installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.
