A homeowner from Middletown, RI had no drainage system at all, which was why he called our appointment center complaining about puddles of water just sitting in his basement. We had one of our inspectors observe the issue more closely, and informed the homeowner that a drainage system would help avoid these puddles building up. The less puddles there are, the less chances of mold growth, so a production crew installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system. This sub-floor drainage channel collects wall seepage and will move it towards the sump pump. 

This basement in East Walpole, MA had some major cracks that were allowing water to seep in, saturating the wall and making its way onto the floor. With plans in the near future to sell, the cracks had to be sealed with something reliable and long-lasting.
