Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in Mansfield, MA was going through a rough patch in it's life because water was continuously seeping through the floor. The one corner where water seemed to be the issue was near the bulkhead stairs, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump there to save the day! Now, this corner will stay dry since water will be pumped out. To ensure all the water in the corner was being channeled to the sump properly, we installed a TrenchDrain at the doorway entrance along with a WaterGuard drainage system to help. 

A homeowner in Mansfield, MA reached out to us because the unfinished half of their basement was very damp and filled with moisture. Our foreman, Kervin, and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System along each wall in the unfinished basement to act as a vapor barrier and seal out moisture. Then they installed our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the space to keep the humidity under control. The SaniDry XP is a commercial grade dehumidifier that conveniently drains itself. Now the homeowner won't have to worry about moisture buildup in their unfinished basement!

A homeowner from Portsmouth, RI called us saying that their old sump pump finally gave in and stopped working during a rainstorm. To help this customer, our production team took out the old sump and replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this basement with triple the protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup electrical pump! 

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering. 

An artery line is a term we use to describe when the WaterGuard runs across the floor (as opposed to or in addition to around the perimeter) When water comes up through the floor, artery lines are necessary to carry the water to the sump pump!
