Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our team helped out a customer in the town of Newtonville, Mass. There was high humidity in the basement and the air quality was not good. When it would rain there was some water that would stay on the floor after seeping through the cracks. With the help of Stephen Brennan, our system design specialist, they came up with a solution to keep the basement dry.

An inspector went to the basement to carefully assess the situation, as the root of the cause was identified, the inspector had a production crew install the TripleSafe sump pump system that includes three layers of defense against water infiltration. This home in Middletown, RI had a floor to ceiling crack that was previously attempted to be sealed by in home appliances, but that didn't work. A flexible polyurethane was used to prevent additional water to seep in.
