Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This sump pump in Bridgewater, MA was getting very old, as it was installed 10 years ago before this homeowner wanted to swap it out. Recognizing it needed an upgrade, he called out company for a better solution. We ended up replacing the damaged system with our TripleSafe sump pump. Now, this basement is more resilient to high levels of water coming in, and will pump the water out even during power outages due to the battery backup pump that comes with it!

Shown here in the before and after pictures is the drain installed near the basement door which was a main cause of water in the basement. 

The home owner's in Bridgewater, Massachusetts would like to eventually finish their basement off but they have a few problem areas that collect water. One area in particular is at the bottom of the stairway in their basement. Our system design specialist Dan Gallinger suggested installed a french drain in that area which would connect to the perimeter drain system and sump pump. If water collects in this area it will go straight into the drain and get pumped out of the basement. 

This garage that sits below grade in Bridgewater, MA was getting water after each rain just funneling through the door. We were able to install our Spee-D Channel along the opening that lead to a TripleSafe sump pump system for easy collection and removal.  

This cement crawlspace is located right in our hometown of Bridgewater, MA.
