Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This before and after is a little unusual. The before picture is of the SuperSump liner placed upside down in the sump location. It gives you a good idea of the depth or our system. The after photo shows the system installed. It's amazing to see!

This customer had a few cracks in their basement that needed to be addressed. They are 

There was a homeowner from East Freetown, MA that called our appointment center in hopes to upgrade his sump pump system. His system at the time had no lid, so debris was constantly getting into the pit and clogging it up. Once our team got to the basement, we replaced everything with our TripleSafe sump pump since it comes with 3 reliable pumps and a lid! Now, this well protected sump pump will provide this homeowner with the best protection against water. 

This homeowner in Weymouth, MA reached out to us after water seeped into a corner of their basement after a heavy rainstorm. Our crew, lead by Foreman MJ, arrived at the home on installation day and began waterproofing the effected corner by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace directs seepage from the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed in the floor to also collect groundwater. That water is channeled into our SuperSump Plus sump pump which was installed in the same corner and sends all of the water out of the basement through a discharge line. Our IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains.

There was a homeowner from East Weymouth, MA that started to hear weird noises from his sump pump. Our inspector took a look and noticed a motor had failed, causing the weird noise.
