Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Johnston, RI needed a drainage system for their leaking basement. She was worried that all of the water standing in her basement would make it damp and cold, so she called us for help. The result? We were able to provide her with out WaterGuard interior drainage system! This is what the drainage system looks like before we cover it up with concrete! 

When this homeowner in Johnston, RI called our appointment center, he was telling us his basement water issue. With the sump pumps he already had, he was still seeing water on his floor! Clearly he needed a new system that would keep his basement dry, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump in this same corner and placed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier on the interior walls to prevent any moisture from coming in!

In the after picture, notice the dying concrete where WaterGuard sub-floor drainage has been installed. At the foot of the stairs you can see where a TrenchDrain has been put into place. 

A customer in Northborough, MA was complaining that the water seeping into his basement wasn't getting into his sump pump system, causing a very wet floor for him to deal with. To make sure that water will in fact reach this sump pump, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. Due to this system covering the whole interior perimeter, all of the water seepage from the walls will be collected and channeled to his sump pump. Now, this customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles!
