Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Patrick Cahill, our system design specialist proposed a full waterproofing system to keep this customer's basement dry. The customer in Westerly also used us to waterproof his second property nearby. 

WaterGuard is the drainage system DryZone uses around the perimeter of the basement to stop water from entering through the floor/wall seam. This property in Westerly, RI needed the WaterGuard installed right where the basement stairs were! We came in and removed the lower stair treads to install the WaterGuard system and put them right back when we were done!

This customer in Westerly, MA had bought this home in 2007 and is started to see a growing issue over time. He noticed more and more water leaking into the basement. To deliver a peace of mind, we installed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep moisture out, a WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect and drain seepage towards the TripleSafe sump pump, where the water will be discharged. 

Surface water was no stranger to this homeowner in Westerly, RI! With each rainfall, water would sit around this water tank which was very worrisome.
