Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself. Flexispan completely seals the crack for a permanent solution. 

The homeowner of this North Kingstown, RI home had the most water leakage she’s ever seen and needed to find a solution. The water would leak down the walls and onto the floor, creating puddles. Our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump that would remove that water that the WaterGuard drainage system collected. The CleanSpace vapor barrier would keep and seepage from the walls contained and guide it straight into the drainage system.

This customer from North Kingstown, RI was tired of his malfunctioning sump pump being loud all the time. Turns out, it was stuck in the "on" position and it was getting very old, so we replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. We will perform maintenance checks on it to make sure the system is clean and running! Lastly, the crew plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help get rid of water vapor lurking in the air.
