Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner form Mendon, MA was not thrilled seeing water puddling in her basement. She was looking for a drainage system to connect to her existing sump and we were able to provide her with a full perimeter installation of WaterGuard drainage system. The crew made a trench on the inside perimeter to put the WaterGuard in, filled the rest of the trench with clean stone and covered it up with concrete! Now, any water seeping in will be successfully captured and drained! 

The owner of this home in West Kingston, RI contacted us for a free estimate stating water runs down from an open bulkhead, down the stairs and runs like a river in the basement, depending on the severity of the storm. We came in and installed TrenchDrain that directed that water to the SuperSump. 

In Hopkinton, MA this basement was seeing water seeping from the floor in a corner of the room. With the desire to get that water before it got onto the floor, a SuperSump Plus was installed. The liner sits below the floor and is able to collect the water in that corner under the surface and pump it out. For a solution that makes a big difference, it’s a small modification that only takes up a little area of the basement.
